Due to the personalized nature of our work, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on decorated items unless there is a manufacturer defect or a production error on our part.
Reporting Issues
Clients must inspect all goods upon receipt. Any defects, misprints, or errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please email photos of the issue to our support team. After this window, we consider the order accepted and complete.
What Qualifies for a Refund/Reprint:
* Manufacturer defects (e.g., holes in the garment, broken zippers).
* Incorrect decoration (e.g., wrong thread color used vs. approved proof, spelling error by us).
What Does NOT Qualify:
* Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer.
* Buyer's remorse.
* Design errors present in the approved mock-up (please check your proofs carefully!).
